Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Producer to join our team. The Producer will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships that will convert to closed sales.

NOTE: we provide qualified leads for our producers, at no cost to the producer.

Tasks:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform production decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
- Manage sales tasks such as completing applications, etc. that are related to the sales process.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales of Commercial Lines P&C products.
- Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
