In these multiple commercial HVAC/R technician roles, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of heating and cooling systems and commercial refrigeration. You'll diagnose and repair a variety of equipment, from cooling towers and pumps to RTUs, split systems, and more. Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls for repairs in commercial buildings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in commercial HVAC equipment, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems, refrigeration
• Perform repairs on existing equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation
• Occasionally replace and install new HVAC/R equipment
• Maintain detailed service records
• Prioritize safety procedures and adhere to all company policies
• Experience working on Cooling Towers, Pumps, Electronic Controls, EMS, as well as commercial HVAC equipment to 25 tons
• Understanding 3 phase power and being able to work on cooling towers and supporting equipment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service and repair with refrigeration
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC/R systems, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
• EPA 608 certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
